Yes, this is the major issue that is pending since many years. The problem is yet to find solution since years. The find to find an effective drug to treat the T.B is online since many years. Only two drugs are available to the outside word and 59 still remain in the pipeline. This example indicates the time lag of the medical trials in the medial world. Had these vaccinations been into the outside world sooner, it would have helped many in saving their life against the dreadful diseases. If the action is not taken to improve the clinical trials process, it would take still many more years for the medical trials to get through the complicated process and reach the outside world. Just think about the number of people that have shielded from the health issues if there is fastness in improving the medical trials.
Many of the neglected stay in the pipe line of clinical trial process take years to reach the hands of the patients. These delays caused in the clinical trials prevent access of effective treatments to the patients. The delays in the medical trials is due to regulatory and the ethical approval process. I don’t say these are unnecessary hurdles for the drug to come into outside world, conducting all this regulatory process in parallel to each other would cut down the length of the clinical trial process.
